The intricacy of Plants

It never ceases to amaze me at this time of year when you walk around the garden and look at plants.  If you ever stopped and just thought that a single seed could grow and develop into something of this complexity; well it is just amazing.

I spent the day at home, mainly working in the garden, which is in dire need of a makeover.  We have some developing plans and hope to be able to implement them soon.  In the meantime the garden is being left to do its thing, with just the basic tidying routine of lawn cutting and some judicious pruning from time to time.
