Ropery

visited the Historic Dockyards at Chatham before heading back home today. This was taken from inside the Ropery where they've made ropes for hundreds of years. It was (not sure if it still is) the longest building in Europe, at a 1/4 mile. We didn't walk all the way down it! Lots to see in the dockyards but luckily discovered my Art Fund membership gives free entry.
