Wide Angle Wednesday - Bridge

After all the rain over the last couple of days I wanted to check out the river Wharfe at Boston Spa.

The main shot  of the bridge is taken with the smallest aperture that my lens would do - to maximise the shutter speed to try an get a bit of motion blur on the water. Still only managed 1/10 second!

Also photographed the weir which only a few days ago was barely a trickle.

Further upstream the river was deep and wide and looked rather pleasant with all the lush greenery about.
