An up and down day ... 

Today is the day in my work rota when we all find it difficult to find the enthusiasm to get out of bed and go to work ... possibly as it involves an 06:30 start after a weekend of 12 hour night shifts ... it is only a matter of time before one of us says 'I really didn't want to get up this morning' and someone else (usually Matt) volunteers to make coffee.  After that we remember the next two weeks are much easier and we just get on with it.   Our daughter Rachel had started the day with a head cold herself,  a grumpy Ariadne (recent jabs) and a grumpy James (no particular reason)  Her day must have improved as she sent us this selfie later,  intended to be just her and Ariadne, James decided to get in on the act and photobomb the image. 

It's not perfect,  but it gave my day a considerable lift!
