Weather blowy, flowers showy

Gales failed to blow away the grey clouds, but at least it wasn't raining today, so got the towel-wash dry. The pelargoniums in the pot are flowering for their second season; amazingly they survived overwintering outdoors, which shows what a mild winter we had.

The corvids were back (Extra) and I still can't decide if they're crows or juvenile rooks. Their heads slope like crows, but their feathers have a purplish sheen like rooks. The potter around and feed on the ground like ... rooks and crows! Whatever - they're lovely!
