Very busy day today. Gardening, recycling, shopping, French homework and erasing a computer hard disk to US Department of Defence standards. Today's late night back blip is a mini CD of DBAN which you can use to boot and then safely erase the contents of a hard disk with - always a wise idea before you give away or send for recycling a computer. It's not quite as secure as the old MoD method of melting them down in a forge but a lot more practical and cheaper...
