Lily

A macro shot of the vibrant orange lily flowers with bright blue delphinium like flowers in the background.  I decided to crop in close and thought it had a rather abstract feel to it.  I was going to include the stigma with the pollen on it and suggest possible 'new' beginnings but then I cropped it out.

Otherwise a day using the bus to get to the gym which meant it took all morning up and then some last minute watering on the allotment.  Will the sweetpeas grow? the courgettes haven't seeded yet but the raspberries are flourishing along with some early potatoes.  I think a trip to the garden center for courgettes is needed.
