Grazing on the banks of the Forth

For about an hour this afternoon there was a window of dry , sunny weather. We took advantage of it and had a lovely walk near the Clackmannanshire Bridge. Otherwise it has been a totally miserable day. Rain most of the time. We did go out earlier and as we passed through Stirling we saw the open top bus with police outriders heading to Dunblane for Andy Murray's homecoming. (No sign of Andy Murray but he may have been undercover as it was pouring at the time!)

I suspect all the blip Downton fans are eagerly awaiting the new series as we are. No phone calls from Tenerife at 9 o'clock, Fifi!!!!
