Bambi...

Deep in the cover, in near darkness and hoping desperately that I couldn't see her, the smallest deer I've seen in the real. Not very old. Bambi springs readily to mind. So the photo has had a bit of processing to recover the image from under the tree cover.

I was going to put forward the Burnet or the Marbled White now in my extras, but madwill got the Burnet in first. Take a look at Hillyblips' Bee Orchid too, after my recent find. Couldn't see one today, wandering the meadows at Dyrham Park.

Anyway, Bambi here is the tiniest deer I've ever seen, so TT109 it is. ;-)
