Chinese State Circus, Perth

Something a bit different this evening - a visit to the circus!  Not one with animals (of which I no longer approve!), but with human acrobats and performers showing off their amazing skills and flexibility.  The Chinese State Circus was in town:-)

The average age of the audience was about 6 and most of them were more interested in the expensive light up toys their poor parents felt obliged to buy them, but the few adults enjoyed the show immensely.  The little kids did practise their tumbling skills on the grass as we came out, so they must have been watching some of it:-)

A few of the acts in Extras and my hip ached in sympathy with the girl doing the splits up in the air:-)

TJ treated us to a meal out afterwards, so it was a really enjoyable evening and I'm off to practise spinning six brollies on my feet now:-)
