Coffee Crawl

I was driving to meet up with Jerry and on driving through a side street on the way to 'The Toilet' Cafe on Ridgeway, Newport, a loft of pigeons flew overhead. It looked like they were circling, so on the return I grabbed my camera off the front passanger seat and managed a shot through the open sunroof! I rather like the photo and suspect they're racing pigeons that may have been released.

The cafe is known as 'The Toilet' to many locals as that's what it once was! Situate at the top of Ridgeway it's in a prime location with stunning views over Newport and The Bristol Channel on one side and mountains/reservoir on the other.

After a coffee there we walked into Newport for another in a Cafe that's just opened near the city centre. Both were nice coffee's. It was great to see Jerry again, and have a catch-up and mini blip-meet, as it's been about three months since we last met up.
