EVENING SKY

Seem to have spent most of the day in the kitchen.  Its " Taster Night " at slimming club tomorrow so I made coconut meringues ( as usual ) and also some savoury chickpea and vegeatable bites which I haven't made before. I also cooked duck for Neil's tea. Lots of veg to chop and so much washing up.  Finally got round to cooking my own tea ( salmon ) at around 8pm.

Neil has been here all day and he has mostly been watching The Tour De France and football on TV.  ( Also " Love Island " which he seems to enjoy! )

Realised around 9pm that I had no blip - only photos I had taken was of my cooking.  I noticed the lovely sky so I nipped up into Neil's bedroom to take a shot.
