"The Peace Of Wild Things"

I spent the morning editing the pics I took of Harry and his mates last evening. How wonderful to be sixteen. Such a shame that we don't appreciate it at the time.

I had all sorts of trouble trying to send the images to my granddaughter, who was going to forward them, owing to my internet connection dropping out. :(

My heart was a-flutter when I spotted fluttering amongst the thistles this evening a beautiful female common blue butterfly.

Today's poem is The Peace Of Wild Things by Wendell Berry. http://www.scottishpoetrylibrary.org.uk/poetry/poems/peace-wild-things

I love this. "Consume less, produce more, and be less wasteful" says WB.
