My visit to Manchester was a fleeting one, in relative terms. The only spaces available in the multi-storey when I arrived were on the 9th level, which afforded this view of Oxford Rd and Portland Street.

The demolition of the old Odeon Cinema is clearly visible from here, that activity incongruously located next to the sleek No 1 St Peters Square.
