Water Growth

After a bit of a frustrating day in the office (seems to be a bit of a theme recently for Thursday - the last day of my working week) it was a relief to escape into the hot balmy late afternoon.  I headed home, and only at almost the end of the journey took a short detour to Hawley Meadows and a gentle stroll along the Blackwater River.

The damsel flies were out i force (see extra), but I rather liked this more abstract view of the variety of water plants in the river, which hopely fit the Abstract Thursday theme of "Growth" set by Ingeborg
