Dales Way

Day two of our camping trip to the Yorkshire Dales and Wharfedale in particular. We took the bus from Buckden where the campsite was to Grassington and walked the 12 miles back along the Dales Way. The section between Grassington and Kettlewell was stunning limestone scenery and then from Kettlewell to Buckden it was a lovely stroll along the river. It was hot and very humid which the excuse for stopping and enjoying a half in the Kings Arms and an ice cream before continuing the walk.
