Something happened here

I walked out in the backyard late this afternoon and found feathers all over an area.  Jerry said he thought they were dove feathers and he felt like the neighbor's cat may have gotten the bird.   But I know the my dog can hear that cat as soon as she steps in our yard and has chased it up trees so many times that the cat does not even come over here anymore.    No body, just feathers so maybe a hawk got the dove. 

I will be looking out for the pair that usually comes in the yard once or twice a  day.
