Warning!

How often do you see a sign like this on the door as your exit your local library?  Warnings similar to this tend to go up around some public places in May, when it really starts to heat up.  Rattlesnakes spend the colder seasons underground but when the earth heats up, they come out seeking cooler areas.  I once had a big one curled up in the shade of the corner of my patio.  It can get even worse during the monsoon.  The sudden, hard rain, which frequently causes flash flooding chases them out of their underground homes.

If you read the old blip, it explains what we're supposed to do when we see one.
