Bald Eagle Knights Inlet

Yep Knights Inlet was amazing. This bald Eagle sat for ages close enough to take a few photos also got lots of three different bears with their Cubs. We were on the water and they were not concerned. The mothers just kept chewing on the sedge which grows all around the estuary. It is like an onion type looking plant. No males as they are shy and don't come down until mating time. Around end of August time to be there that is when the mothers fill up with salmon before hibernation.
The guides in at Knights Inlet are real conservationist and do not encroach on the Bears at all. The lodge is superb just like any small hotel.
Had a foul up and left my conversion plug in there so couldn't charge anything up last night. Hence the back blip
