Moody Peacock butterfly

I have also backblipped yesterday's Walk on the wild side ....... do hope you will take the time to look :-)

A lovely warm sunny day ...... the garden has been filled with butterflies on the Buddleia ....... wonderful to see :-)

There were Red Admiral, Large & Small White, Small Tortoiseshell, Painted Lady, Meadow Brown ....... also this Peacock ....... first I've seen in the garden this year!

It wasn't being very cooperative as it was in an awkward place on the Buddleia & was difficult to get a shot of without aiming directly into the sun ...... then it moved to a different flower & I got this .... I rather liked the 'moody' effect ..... hope you like it too :-)
