That's the plan

The last day of this academic year and it has ended in the same fashion as the whole year has played out: pretty manic and not a spare minute. I only had one class to 'teach' and we ate popcorn and watched "Romeo and Juliet" with a running commentary. Either side of that were jobs to be done, people to catch up with and presents to be delivered. Another day of goodbyes and kind words, including from my head of department from whom this card came attached to a gin and tonic. I am definitely planning on enjoying the next 6 weeks and 2 days.
