round and round

This morning D and I went to a Quaker meeting at the Cumberland Day Centre in Dumfries. On the way out, I noticed a beautiful wall hanging with all different kinds of hands made out of fabric. The one I've photographed was my favourite, but it wasn't until after I'd uploaded it that I read the embroidered words properly  and saw that they were from two nursery rhymes: the first is "Round and round the garden" (always a favourite when the children were small) and the second "This little piggy" which we used to enjoy when they were barefoot :-).
