Brain. Wall.

Orientation, shopping, running around, international student socialisation. No wonder my poor brain needs to switch off now. And no wonder I ended up in the dodgy fish and chip place for my dinner. After all it was right in front of me when I stepped off the bus.

Finally have my own bedding, duvet and all, and a pretty purple/pink cover set. Which means most of my shopping list is now done, just need a few blankets and other odds and ends. Was adopted by a group of Chinese students for the evening, including for an international quiz. They were lovely, but it was a little tiring - some have only arrived this week and haven't adjusted to English yet. Have bumped into some old friends (some were really quite surprised) promised many catch up coffees for the next couple of weeks. All looking pretty good really.

But now I'm going to sleep. Will hopefully sleep later than 6:30 tomorrow...
