That Sinking Feeling

A work party and the first couple of our fifteen new sinkers getting dropped on the slip. Each one over 500kg too! Impressive, eh?
In other news, cherry jam was made - tentatively as it's not a regular product from the orchard cottage's jam factory. ''Tis excellent! So good it might not get given away as gifts. Yes, that good.
And later, inspecting my peas and beans, I was delighted to find big red and white borlotti bean pods. My joy was short lived - they seem to have been attached by persons unknown with cotton thread...
Finally a trip to see a summer fillum with the son - War for the Planet of the Apes. An excellent piece of entertainment, so it is. And these apes have a greater depth of character, and you develop more emotional attachment to them, than anyone in Dunkirk, I'll tell you.
