Lunch with my sister and niece today. Just because I was wearing white jeans and the new suede shoes I blipped recently, it started raining much earlier than forecast. Typical! Dashing home earlier than expected gave us more time to savour the delicious walnut and buttercream cake my niece had made for us.

I bought a crystal paperweight for Mum in one of the charity shops - a bargain at 99p, as I think it's a Swarovski and it is in great condition. As I've said before Mum loves anything glass or crystal, especially marbles and similar.
