Hummer Bonanza

I went back to my favorite spot for Hummingbirds this morning only to find about 10-12 other photographers there too.   The light was good, and some of the feeders had been moved to more optimal locations for photography. There were about two dozen hummingbirds, almost entirely female.  The couple of males were very elusive and stayed away from the crowd of females and cameras.  

I took far too many photos and paid the price by having to go through them all.  I narrowed it down to two and ultimately decided on this one because I have never captured one with the wings in focus.  I have added the runner-up in extra along with a shot taken at one of the feeders with 6 hummingbirds up to their usual shenanigans.
