Heavy Load

This is one of the fruit trees I pruned the other day and the apples are much more visible and enjoying any sunshine that appears.  The Victoria Plum tree had a similar haircut and it's growing well too. (See Extras)

A quiet day at home today recovering from the exertion of my first Aquafit class.  As usual, I may have slightly overestimated my capacity for exercise:-)

We had our first pack of smoked trout for tea and it was delicious, if a touch saltier than we usually have.  Will probably have to drink loads of water to compensate!
