Unidentified object (? flying)

Stopped on the side of Great North Road to post my GST return. Saw the sunrise. Took a quick photo. Resumed the ride to work. A good day achieving some things. S' birthday so home earlyish. Got a bottle of Moutard champagne to mark it. Quick digression to post my blip. What is that round object, just hanging there?
