Saturday's abstract

Like a jigsaw, pieces are jagged and muddled resembling my mind as light tries to shine through. We've lost two very special people just 18 months apart.

We're all just muddling our way through, cousin's playing skip-bo and phase 10, brother's and sister making arrangements, sometimes quiet, sometimes talking with laughter and tears. Neighbours drop by with words of sympathy, offering beds and dropping of baking, such a lovely caring neighbourhood hubby's parents lived in.

Days seem to run into one another, sometimes jaggered and rough with moments of calm, so much to do and so much to think about, one step at a time, day by day.......

The abstract I saw after hanging out the washing and coming back inside, it is a texture on a window of the garage highlighted by sunlight, loved the colours, shapes and light.
