Wonderful to be working with such beautiful animals and such a talented horse master again. My Blip followers may remember some stunt horses in my April blips from AB Film Horses who returned to the Castle today. It was fascinating hearing some of the techniques for training both horse and rider for filming. I can't wait to see the results on the big screen of some of their current projects. Every one of their horses is so calm and professional and is far better behaved than most of the crews I have to look after!

If you love a bit of behind the scenes gossip then during the filming of a popular historical drama series, the actor had to stop the horse on a marker drawn on the ground. He stopped too early, so the horse continued and stopped on the correct mark! The actor put his head in his hands "Upstaged by a horse!" Brilliant.
