Field Trip

I intended to visit a meadow to get a photo for Tiny Tuesday today (Osuzanna, thank you for hosting).  This field/meadow is another beautiful piece of land maintained by the Harwich Conservation Trust.  I was thrilled to find the Cabbage White (posted as an extra in honor of TT), but I also saw Chipping Sparrows, Eastern Wood Pewees and Great Crested Flycatchers.  I wish Suzanne was still visiting so she could get close up shots with her 600mm lens.  These aren't birds I regularly see at home.  My favorite from today's "field trip" is this Northern Flicker, sitting in a pine tree.
