Paint pots

Back from holidays to fresh paint downstairs and in W's room. Spent the day trying to get order back in the house. Feels like we have moved house what with furniture in the garage and boxes in various rooms.

Surreal experience this evening when C came to my improvers ballet class. For her it was a chance to dance and think about the small technical aspects. She chose to stand next to me at the barre, which was slightly worrying to start with but soon I forgot she was behind me and enjoyed watching her when she was in front. When we got home she told Jim "Mummy's actually quite good." That's massive praise coming from little Miss Critical I can tell you!
