Industrial chic

Had my belated birthday drinks today.  Tim and I headed over to Elephant and Castle for 3pm, and nabbed a table in the very cool Mercato Metropolitano, and various friends came and joined us throughout the (very summery) afternoon and evening - starting, fittingly, with my longest-time and original best friend, Katherine.  I was touched how many people from work turned up, too.  Lots of my friends are on holiday currently, so I'd thought it might all feel a bit sparse, but it was far from it, and I had such a lovely time.  Feeling very happy now :)
