Glad to be alive (Wide angle Wednesday results)

Driving to work this morning became one of those glad to be alive moments,  dawn with soft mist on the hilltops and a light fog in the valleys.  I stopped next to my favourite tree for a couple of minutes and shot a few source images for panoramas.  horizontal in the main image,  vertical in the extra. Both look better large on black!

I'll go through yesterday's Wide Angle Wednesday images after dinner and update this entry with my (entirely subjective) choices.  Thanks to everyone who viewed and commented on yesterday's effort of our village church.

And the results are .... the five favourites, in no particular order as they all have something special about them!

Isbi - light & shade between trees

Graham Colling - seize the moment!

AngelsShare - a light beam and a blip birthday

RockArea - depth, positioning and getting an eight reference in too

Ninniex - a quiet cafe and take a look at the extras
!

Honourable mentions to:
RobBris50 not the usual widwed image
RichardG beach abstract and poetry!
Jensphotos - suffering in the breeze
and of course ...
BobsBlips - making the best of a grey afternoon AND letting me host wide angle wednesday!

Thanks to everyone else who entered - I went through the images with Gill and we could both find something positive to say about all of them .. and it is of course, entierly subjective and just my/our opinion!
