Jalapeno flower

Last night's smoked cheese croqueta burger went down very well with Mark I am glad to say. Chipotle mayonnaise really made the dish sing.

My chilli's have been late starters but are now blooming nicely. They are jalapeno's, which when smoked and dried become chipotle.
