The fall and rise

A nice and relaxing day.  After a leisurely start we walked into Llanelli and found a really nice cafe for a spot of lunch.  It was an art gallery and cafe with really great food and coffee (and a Mr T coming out of my coffee! - see extra).  Then back for a trial swim in the North Dock.  The water was cool but didn't feel overly cold and once I had battled my way in to my wetsuit it worked well.  My first time swimming in a wetsuit so not sure what to expect but it was fine.  My extra is some picture taken by Mr T while I was swimming.  My main Blip is of the sunset and then the moonrise when we got back inside.
