Sticky
Chocolate date and walnut cake. I haven't tried any yet, apart from licking the knife (I know I know!) I cut it up with, but I think it's going to be good. I reckon it'll give me 5 of intothehills' 30 daily ingredients, and I haven't counted the sugar or the cocoa.
I've begun to do 10 minutes brisk walking on the days I don't do any climbing or other walking. I don't think I actually 'need' to, but every little helps and I would like to lose a couple of pounds. I don't suppose this cake'll help lol!
