From the path

This is from the path back from Birchen Edge.  Jac and I had gone climbing, but it was obviously a day that I shouldn't have gone climbing:-

Had to use the next route's first move to start a VDiff.
My head would not allow me to move up on a Diff but I couldn't down climb, so I made myself safe while Jac took the rope round/up and threw it down to me. My head liked the top rope.
Another Diff was fine until the last move, when I had to borrow the route next door... which was four grades harder.

I know Birchen Edge is well known for it's hard starts, but the grading of the easier routes there is puzzling.
