Day 27 of the September food challenge - Garnish

Garnish -

1. to provide or supply with something ornamental; adorn; decorate.
2. to provide (a food) with something that adds flavour, decorative colour, etc.

I don't normally add a garnish to a meal when I'm just cooking for me, however, when the blip calls for it...........

A simple garnish from salad vegetables that were in the fridge or growing on the windowsill, tomato, yellow pepper and lettuce, arranged as red/yellow/green, just like traffic lights.
