Raised eyebrows

I wasn't too hopeful about the moth catch last night when there was barely a flutter around the light.  But this morning, first light revealed a little bounty of winged bodies roosting in the egg boxes.  I've had a tricky time identifying this one but I think it's a turnip moth, called such because of its caterpillar penchant for root vegetables.  Its pattern is in the extra if you can help with the ID.

We've had another lovely few hours with mum and dad chatting away. And Rich, not cycling home today, was keen to enjoy the delights of a finely stocked fridge for lunch, courtesy of mum.  We stayed until mid-afternoon chatting away.

Since we've been home, we've watched an Icelandic subtitled film called Jar City which we thoroughly enjoyed, followed by Call the Midwife while we were waiting for the unexpectedly exciting last stage of the Vuelta which I nearly didn't stay up for.  I've actually enjoyed the Vuelta more than the Tour this year. It's been lively pretty much from start to finish with satisfying results for both Froome and Contador.

Hopefully, the raised eyebrows on the Sky drugs front will not continue to taint Froome with scandal - it is a shame that cycling is still spoilt by people unacceptably pushing the boundaries of drugs use.

Oh, and I will miss repeating the name Miguel Angel Lopez whenever he's mentioned, probably as much as the commentators!  What a cool name :)
