Down the Road

Day off and it has been a day of sunny spells interspersed with heavy rain showers.
We went for a walk before we had lunch when we thought there might be a gap in the showers. We took Beachcomber's car a little way out Kilkerran road and parked. Then we walked from just before the 68 mile marker on the Kintyre Way to the 70 mile marker just before New Orleans and back, passing the Goldsmith's studio, Glenramskill House, the NATO refuelling jetty, the Doirlinn, Davaar island, Kildalloig Bay, Davaar House and so on.
We passed the sunbathing sheep at Kildalloig farm.
There were a few spots of rain just before we got back to the car.
Later this afternoon I was doing some sketches of the stones at Ballymeanoch.
Back to work tomorrow.
