Early rise, Alan off to school, morning coffee with Ele then she headed home to await the return of her hubby while I prepared for the return of mine by cooking a beef casserole.

Didn't envy D his flight back from Portugal given the weather warnings but turned out the only rough part of the journey was a slightly bumpy landing at Edinburgh.

Alan was delighted to have his dad home again and I was delighted to have my hubby back. All is well with the world again :-))
