Travellers' Joy

I travelled down to Burnham-on-Crouch again today to collect my French sister (middle name Joy) and take her to Stansted. I think she has benefitted from time spent with us. Just as well we allowed plenty of time for the journey as there was a traffic jam into the airport, probably caused by increased security measures after the bomb on the Tube.

I went out with the camera this evening and took the above image of travellers' joy/old man's beard/wild clematis catching the evening rays as people travelled past.

Today's poem is Love Constant Beyond Death by Francisco Gomez de Quevedo. https://theboipoet.wordpress.com/2013/10/20/love-constant-beyond-death-by-francisco-gomez-de-quevedo-1580-1645/

The title says it all.
