A good day for rugby

After a morning of pottering around the house and Gavin catching up on his admin, we went to watch Thomas' rugby match. Another big win by his team, and he played well - here he is in the scrum (he plays flanker) and the extra shows a moment of amusement as he shares a joke with a friend in the line out. You can see the autumn colours starting to show a little in the trees now.

Adam got back from his skiing training and we are about to go out for supper to celebrate Gavin's birthday which is on Monday - but he will be away for his birthday (again!). I have a load of Adam's washing in the machine, we are helping him unpack and then pack all his university stuff as after supper Adam is going to drive back to Cambridge as he needs to be there tomorrow.
