I'm impressed with that minimalist scaffolding approach. And wonder how they managed to get it started. I note that one of our other local Blippers, Ricohmania, managed to catch a shot of them painting the clock faces from ropes! Work seems to have been lacking any progress of late, so maybe "elf-n-safety" officials have intervened...
