Strolling, waltzing and playing

After a stroll with Little Dog on the most beautiful of mornings, I headed out with Liz for a steady waltz to Wetherby for lunch. It's the first time she's been out since the 100 miler we did at the end of August.  With her knees creaking, we took to ambling and chatting which was most pleasant in the still weather.

She's round for tea & DVD night next to celebrate Rich's birthday.

After nearly posting an image I preferred from yesterday by accident, I've had a play with this one that was today. Autumn hasn't arrived like this yet, I've brought it on a bit early with a few tweaks!  In 40 miles and plenty of time to look around, I simply didn't see a photo op I liked.  So this was our morning stroll.
