Legs

On the way back from a good old walk with Little Dog, a squawk made me look up to spot a ring ouzel flying from a garden berry tree high up into some pine trees.  I thought at first it may have nested here but have concluded given it's October, it's probably on migration.  The ring ouzel people told me that this one was most likely on migration to the Pennines last year.  

I had a short cycle and then a spruce up of the van.  My legs are feeling quite well worked now which was much needed after a few days of little exercise on Mull and a lot of driving.  

 Rich worked from home on his birthday so it's been rather a lovely day.
