CHOP

Another boring day.  Didn't even leave the house.  But I did make some Lentil and Vegetable soup.  Apart from the carrots in the photo I also chopped onions, celery, kale,potatoes and added lentils, stock and various herbs and spices. The soup is still bubbling away in the slow cooker.
