Lots of friends

Furry and otherwise.

Today we have entertained some of the Mumday Club. Grace's friends who have had babies over the last year. They were all going to come together for lunch but in the end we just had Charlie (female) with Martha who is 11 months and a delight. We had home made soup which I brought from home and then we went for a walk around Horfield Common.

When we got back Eda was still content and awake so we decided to take advantage and take some pictures of her with one of her newest furry friends, this lovable spotted elephant.
The picture will be sent to John's sister who sent it for her.

Another of Grace's friends then arrived for tea and cake. This was Lou with 3 month old Charlie (male). I saw him when he was 3 weeks old and now looks so big compared with Eda.

These will be some of her friends as she grows up, together with Annika, one month old, whose mum couldn't come today. Lovely for her and great for Grace too as they are able to allay some of Grace's new mum's anxieties. Always good to have comtempories to discuss these things with and a really great group of friends all met through the local Amateur Dramatic societies. I get to see them performing too. Charlie (female) is in Legally Blond this week not sure if we will get to see it.
