Salash Tea Salami

On Saturday evening S and I went with my niece and her daughter to the restaurant at the Ascension Vineyards. An Italian style restaurant in a beautiful setting. The food is always good, we had a lovely time. 
As we prepared to go S asked if their produce shop was open for sales and we were told that it would be. She had seen on the way in that they had for sale some processed meat foods. Dry cured salami. And prosciutto. We bought some, and today she found a recipe which appealed. Combining salami, olives, silver beet, and olives. Tomatoes, onion and garlic of course. Cheese to complete it.
This photo is of the pan shortly before transfer to an oven dish to be covered with cheese and grilled for a time. A really tasty meal, and one I will be sure to enjoy again.
